Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the procedure for requesting a refund for tickets to LE RITUEL ROUGE events purchased through the official project website https://lerituelrouge.com/ .

Ticket refunds are processed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, the terms of the Public Offer and this Refund Policy.

1. General provisions

This Policy applies to tickets purchased directly through the LE RITUEL ROUGE website.

If a ticket was purchased through a third-party ticketing service, ticket operator or other intermediary, the refund procedure may also be subject to the rules of that seller, taking into account the requirements of Russian law.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, the Buyer should contact the Organiser using the contact details published on the website.

The request should preferably include:

• the Buyer’s first and last name;
• the e-mail address used for the purchase;
• the order number;
• the ticket number or identifier;
• the date of the event;
• the selected seat or seats;
• the reason for the request, where relevant to the refund;
• any other information reasonably necessary to identify the purchase.

The Organiser may request additional information where it is reasonably necessary to identify the order or the Buyer.

3. Refund requested by the Buyer

The Buyer may request a refund for a purchased ticket in the cases and according to the procedure provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Eligibility for a refund, the amount refundable and other applicable conditions are determined taking into account the date of the request, the date of the event, the grounds for the refund and applicable law.

4. Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled, the Organiser will provide Buyers with information regarding the refund procedure and any further steps required.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the requirements of Russian law and taking into account the payment actually made.

5. Event rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled to another date or time, the Organiser will notify Buyers using an available communication method and provide information on the next steps.

Whether a previously purchased ticket remains valid for the new date or may be refunded is determined taking into account the circumstances of the rescheduling and applicable Russian law.

6. Change of venue

If the event venue changes, the Organiser will publish updated information on the website and, where necessary, additionally notify Buyers.

If the change materially affects the conditions of the purchased ticket, the further procedure is determined in accordance with applicable law.

7. Changes to individual elements of the programme

LE RITUEL ROUGE is an immersive gastronomic experience. Individual elements of the programme, sequence of service, performers, artistic decisions and other details may be adjusted while the overall concept of the event is preserved.

Such changes do not in themselves necessarily constitute cancellation of the event or create an unconditional right to a refund, unless otherwise required by law or by the nature of the particular change.

8. Method of refund

A refund is generally made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless another method is required by the relevant bank, payment system or applicable law.

The actual time required for funds to be credited after a refund has been initiated may depend on the Buyer’s bank, payment provider and payment method.

The Organiser cannot control the internal processing time of the Buyer’s bank once the refund has been properly initiated.

9. Partial refund of an order

If several tickets were purchased as part of one order, a request to refund individual tickets may be considered separately, subject to the order details and applicable law.

The Buyer should clearly specify which seats or tickets are to be refunded.

10. Electronic ticket and QR code after refund

Once a refund is confirmed, the corresponding electronic ticket may be cancelled.

The QR code of a cancelled ticket will no longer provide the right to enter the event.

Where only part of an order is refunded, the remaining valid tickets will continue to be valid unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

11. Duplicate or incorrect payment

If the Buyer believes that a payment was charged twice or that another payment error occurred, they should contact the Organiser as soon as possible.

The request should preferably include the order number, date and amount of the transaction and information sufficient to verify the payment.

The Buyer should never send full bank card details, CVV/CVC codes, passwords, one-time banking codes or other confidential payment information.

12. Refusal of a refund request

The Organiser may refuse a refund request where there are no legal grounds for the refund or where the information provided is insufficient to confirm the purchase.

Such refusal does not limit any rights granted to the Buyer by the laws of the Russian Federation.

13. Personal data

Personal data provided by the Buyer in connection with a refund request is used to identify the order, process the request and fulfil the Organiser’s legal obligations.

16. Changes to this Refund Policy

The Organiser may update this Refund Policy where required due to changes in legislation, ticket sales procedures, payment methods or website functionality.

Agreements already concluded remain subject to the conditions and legal requirements applicable to the relevant circumstances.
