Public Offer

This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Svetlana Nikolaevna Meleshko to enter into an agreement for services related to organising attendance at a LE RITUEL ROUGE event on the terms set out below.

By placing and paying for an order on https://lerituelrouge.com/ , the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms of this Public Offer fully and unconditionally.

1. General provisions

This Public Offer sets out the terms of the agreement between the Organiser of LE RITUEL ROUGE and an individual purchasing a ticket or electronic invitation through the official website https://lerituelrouge.com/.

The Buyer is a legally capable individual who places an order for a ticket through the website and accepts the terms of this Public Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Organiser undertakes to provide the Buyer with the right to attend the selected LE RITUEL ROUGE event on the terms stated on the website and in the electronic ticket, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the stated ticket price.

The specific seat, seating area, ticket price, number of guests, date, time and other relevant parameters of the order are specified during the booking process and in the electronic ticket issued after purchase.

3. Formation of the agreement

The Buyer selects an available seat on the interactive seating plan and is shown its price before proceeding to payment.

Once a seat has been selected, the system may temporarily reserve it for a limited period while the Buyer enters the required information and completes payment.

Before payment, the Buyer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review this Public Offer, the Attendance Rules, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Payment of the order by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of this Public Offer.

Once successful payment has been confirmed, the agreement is deemed concluded and an electronic ticket is generated for the Buyer.

4. Ticket price and payment

The price of each ticket is displayed on the website before payment is made.

The final amount payable is shown to the Buyer before the payment is confirmed.

Payment is made through the banking or payment services connected to the website.

Bank card details are entered directly by the Buyer into the secure payment interface of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

The LE RITUEL ROUGE website is not designed to independently store full bank card details.

The Buyer’s payment obligation is deemed fulfilled once the system receives confirmation that the payment has been successfully completed.

5. Electronic ticket

Following confirmation of payment, an electronic ticket is generated for the Buyer. The ticket may contain order information and a unique QR code.

The electronic ticket may be presented on a mobile device at the entrance to the event. Printing the ticket is not required unless the Organiser expressly states otherwise.

The Buyer is responsible for keeping the electronic ticket and QR code secure and should not make them available to unauthorised persons.

If there is a problem receiving or accessing the electronic ticket, the Buyer may contact the Organiser and provide their name, e-mail address and order number, where available.

6. Venue, date and time

Current information concerning the venue, date and starting time of the event is published on the website and may also be stated in the electronic ticket.

The Buyer is advised to check the current event information before attending.

The Organiser may make reasonable changes to organisational aspects of the event where necessary for its proper delivery, subject to applicable law.

7. Attendance Rules

By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer agrees to comply with the applicable Attendance Rules, venue requirements and lawful instructions of the Organiser’s representatives.

Where the event is subject to an age restriction, recommended arrival time, dress code, special format or other requirements, the relevant information is published on the website or communicated to the Buyer before the event.

LE RITUEL ROUGE is an immersive gastronomic experience. Individual elements of the programme, sequence of service, performance details and artistic decisions may therefore vary from promotional or informational materials without altering the overall concept of the event.

8. Ticket refunds

Ticket refunds are handled in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Refund Policy published on the website.

In order to process a request, the Buyer may be asked to provide the order number, name, e-mail address and other information reasonably necessary to identify the purchase.

If the event is cancelled, rescheduled or its essential conditions are materially changed, the Organiser will provide Buyers with information regarding the applicable procedure in accordance with Russian law.

9. Rights and obligations of the Organiser

The Organiser undertakes to provide the Buyer with accurate information about the event to the extent reasonably necessary for the Buyer to make a purchasing decision.

The Organiser ensures the operation of the order processing system and the generation of an electronic ticket following confirmation of successful payment.

The Organiser may engage third parties for technical support of the event, website operation, ticket sales, payment processing and other functions necessary for the project.

10. Rights and obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information required to process the order.

Before making payment, the Buyer is responsible for checking the selected seat, ticket category and other order details.

The Buyer must retain the electronic ticket until the end of the event.

If an error is discovered in the order information, the Buyer is advised to contact the Organiser as soon as possible.

11. Liability

The parties are liable for failure or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Organiser is not responsible for inability to use the website caused by circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control, including failures of the user’s internet connection, equipment, banking services or third-party payment systems.

Nothing in this Public Offer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Force majeure

The parties may be released from liability for full or partial failure to perform their obligations where such failure is caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented.

The consequences of such circumstances, including possible cancellation or rescheduling of the event, are determined in accordance with applicable law and the actual circumstances.

13. Personal data

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

14. Communications and dispute resolution

If a question or disagreement arises, the Buyer is encouraged to contact the Organiser first so that the matter can be resolved where possible.

Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement are dealt with in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

15. Final provisions

This Public Offer takes effect from the date of its publication on the website and remains in force until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.

The Organiser may update the terms of this Public Offer. A new version applies to relations arising after its publication unless otherwise required by law.

Relations between the Organiser and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
