Contact the organiser with the order number, buyer’s name, contact details and reason for the request.

2. Timing and amount

Refunds are made in the cases, time limits and amounts established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

3. Refund method

Funds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time depends on the bank and payment provider.

4. Cancellation or rescheduling

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organiser will contact buyers and explain the available options.
